No: It is possible to get more than one infection in your life time so there is no permanent cure for infections.  You could see your doctor and get the current problem resolved but there is no guarantee you will never get another infection or case of cellulitis again.  Cellulitis occurs in obese people very often in different areas.

More worrisome is that the burn is actually an infection or an abscess caused by  bacteria such as strept or staph. If not treated, the infection can quickly get worse. The doctor can examine to determine you will need just antibiotics or additional interventions.

In short, NO: Whike it may result in faster healing which will reduce scarring, it will generally not eliminate scarring and primary treatment aimed at reducing acne flares with retinoids and topical/oral antibiotics and hygiene are more likely to minimize scarring.

Depends: If you do not have fever, it is unlikely that you have blood stream infection. The bleeding may be part of the healing process. Granulation tissue may bleed if wiped with more than gentle touch.

Gentle wasch ok : Cellulitis  in scalp can happen if you scratched some psoriasis leasions and bacgerial infection got in. If you are on antibiotics and lesions  are healing - you can gently shower and us mild  shapmoo . Use clean towel every time to dry hair.
 continue topical treatment as well as precribed. Follow up with dermatologist regullary . Eat healhty low carb diet and probiotics.

Cellulitis- diabetic: If you are diabetic, having cellulitis is more serious, and you should see your doctor/provider.  He/she can determine if the infection is extensive enough to warrant hospitalization with IV antibiotics, or need surgical debridement.  If he/she thinks it is limited, and can be treated with antibiotics, then it can be treated at home, accordingly.  Please see your doctor for this.

Yes and no: A sunburn can open the skin barrier to surface germs that can enter the oozing open wound and cause cellulitis or impetigo. Keeping the burn clean and using antibiotic sprays or ointments can prevent this. If it is progressing, see the doc for additional measures.
