It can be: Amitriptylene is an antidepressant medication that has strong anticholinergic features that can slow the bowel, as well as other effects.   When being given to help a hyperactive bowel, lower doses are usually used than when giving it for its antidepressant properties.

will i get more relief from using two different drugs together like amitriptyline and lyrica (pregabalin) ( not currently taking ) than either one alone ?

Not common choices: For Panic Disorder, those medications are not usually prescribed. They are for major depression and gastric acid problems respectively in most cases. Drugs are used 'off label' more and more, so this may be a new choice. Do take the opportunity to clarify w/ the Dr who prescribed. Don't simply ignore it and don't start it until you understand why, what to expect, etc. Take care, be well!

Depends: Presumably you're working with a neurologist or pain management specialist for neuropathic pain treatment. If not, you should see one. It is always better to treat a condition with the least number of medications and the lowest dose of each medication possible. will e-mycin treat a uti? can i take endep (amitriptyline) 10 whilst on e-mycin? (helps my weak bladder) at night

UTI: Erythromycin will only work for a UTI if the organisms causing the infection are sensitive to it.  Other antibiotics are more likely to be selected than this one.  It is safe with endep, (amitriptyline) though.  Please see your physician about your UTI -- commonly caused by gram-negative bacteria requiring another type of antibiotic than erythromycin.

can i take 150 mg elavil (amitriptyline) for depression and 25 mg. of trazadone to help me sleep. elavil (amitriptyline) alone doesn't help me fall asleep?

Yes: While Elavil (amitriptyline) can be good for sleep, sometimes people need more as a sleep aid.  Trazodone 25 mg is a very low dose, and if it helps with your sleep, there is no problem taking it together with your elavil (amitriptyline).

ok, so my ent specialist has prescribed me a 30-day regimen of amitriptyline to treat my migraines (10 mg/day) ive looked in to this meds and im honestly  scared to take it after reading about it. are there other alternatives? (non-antidepressant)?

Talk to prescriber:  Agree with Dr. Ferguson. This is a common medication choice for chronic pain conditions and quite safe at that dose. Please respect the medical provider who prescribed it enough, to at least discuss your concerns with him/ her (rather than going to complete strangers on the internet).
