Can be either: Uaually the best treatment for these kind of mental health problems is psychotherapy. If your functioning is poor, you may benefit from good medications- antidepressants are treatment of choice. Neither Celexa nor Amitriptyline are best choices due to side effects and risks at higher doses. Zoloft or Lexapro (escitalopram) would be preferable.

OCD: If you are struggling with ocd, it is important that you see you psychologist on a regular basis as well as the psychiatrist. You need to see were this anxiety stems from. Try to stay away from sugar and caffeine in your diet and try calming exercises such as yoga and meditation.

None, counseling: It sounds like you already diagnosed yourself! i would talk to a counselor or your familydoc about your feelings. Sometimes it is better to get some reassurance or getting to the bottom of why you feel this way instead of taking pills that have side effects that make you worried again! good luck!
