Fever and reflux : Fever is not a common symptom seen with reflux or laryngeal pharyngeal reflex  however, it is possible i would suggest an evaluation by an ENT specialist.

when i lay down i feel like i have fever but dont. i get this wierd tingly feeling all over and burnigfeeling in stomach. had egd 2 weeks ago. i was told i have acid reflux. im sure reflux can't cause all that can it?

Acid Reflux: There can be many symptoms for acid reflux. Burning in the abdomen is the most common, and is generally known as heartburn. If you experienced this symptom, especially when laying down, you most likely have acid reflux. If you have any issues with anxiety, these symptoms may worsen your anxiety and produce a tingling sensation over your body. You should see your family practice physician.

my mom is 84yrs and takes famotidine for acid reflux....recently, there has been an back order of this meds, & she haven't been taking it for about a week. she has been producing a lot of phlegm lately....could this be the cause? no fever is present

Yes: If there is another over the counter anti reflux medication, this may be used. Please consult your PCP and schedule a virtual appointment for her. Avoid spicy foods and caffeine, an antacid may provide temporary relief.

Chronic Cough: A chronic cough lasts longer than 8 weeks (adults) /4 weeks (kids). Common causes include asthma, allergies, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), or bronchitis. It can also be caused by post nasal drip, blood pressure meds, bronchiectasis or heart disease. Follow up with Dr who prescribed the meds and explain that the cough is not getting better. They will do more testing/ adjust meds/add new.

Infection: I would suggest that you have a viral infection . Increase you fluid intake and try tylinol 500 mg , two every four hours and you may need to take a ppi like Prilosec for your reflux. If no improvement in 36 hours see a doctor as you may have  flu.

Due to heavy drinking, your Aunt likely had Alcohol Gastritis. Acid reflux and vomiting for a week is possibly due to infection. 
Stress or medication can cause  heartburn :
•	Pain relievers
•	High blood pressure medications
•	Nitroglycerin 
•	Anxiety medications 
•	Antidepressants
Have  aunt  see her Family Physician for Diagnosis and Treatment

i took prilosec for a few days for my acid reflux, but after a few days i got chest/back pain. today, have fever and mid-back pain including fatigue.

Prilosec PPI: Proton pump inhibitors is used for the treatment of conditions such as ulcers, gerd.
Prilosec can give you symptoms of low magnesium:
jerking muscle movements, muscle cramps, fast heart rate. If this is the case i recommend to see your pcp asap.

Gastroenteritis or ?: Most cases of viral gastroenteritis are mild, self-limited, and not life threatening.  These resolve on their own with supportive care (drink fluids to prevent dehydration, eat moderately as tolerated, as needed analgesia). In special cases (newborns, elderly, debilitated) hospitalization may be required to provide IV fluids and to support co-morbid medical conditions.
