I took prilosec for a few days for my acid reflux, but after a few days i got chest/back pain. today, have fever and mid-back pain including fatigue.

Prilosec PPI: Proton pump inhibitors is used for the treatment of conditions such as ulcers, gerd. Prilosec can give you symptoms of low magnesium: jerking muscle movements, muscle cramps, fast heart rate. If this is the case i recommend to see your pcp asap.
