i have a cut on my inner labia for about 10 months. i think i got it from my last yeast infection. it hurts when i tought it. how can i treat it?

Yeast: You need to be seen by a doctor. Over the counter yeast  regimens like Monistat can be used if you get relief then it is most likely yeast. If no good improvement you may still have yeast but perhaps you will benefit from prescription strength yeast medications. But please consult your doctor for an exam incase you have other reasons for your symptoms. Goodluck

Need to examine: What you described is not typical for vaginal yeast infection. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i had what i thought was a yeast infection and used monostat1. now i have small white bumps along inner labia. could i still have a yeast infection?

Hard to tell: With persistence of abnormality or discomfort I will recommend a GYN consult. Are the white bumps without symptoms? Do they itch, hurt, any associated discharge, are they spreading? These questions and more will need clarification in order to gain insight to the cause and appropriate therapy recommended. Yeast infection is unlikely. In network consultants are available to help. Yes: The agent of a yeast infection requires only a moist area & a bit of skin irritation to begin growing. Yeast cells are in your poo, & the close proximity to the labia make it easy for a small amount to set up an infection. Wiping front to back after a dump & keeping the area dry & clean can decrease the chances it will take hold.

Inflammation: Yes, it can make you feel a variety of sensations due to the irritation/inflammation accompanying this condition.  Different people may have differing symptoms.

Don't do it: By suppressing bacteria and providing moisture, an antibiotic cream is likely to make yeast grow even more. and make the problem worse.  You need an anti-yeast treatment, either by mouth (fluconazole) or an appropriate vaginal cream or suppository. Check with your doctor.

i'm 22y/o, virgin. is it normal for labia surface to looks like cauliflower if i had yeast infection? is it the skin reaction due to the infection?

Probably not: The labial surface is normally smooth; any lesion, particularly one that resembles a cauliflower (and could be an hpv lesion or genital wart) needs further investigation. By virgin, i assume you mean no vaginal penetration. Hpv can be transmitted by oral/vaginal or even hand-finger/vaginal contact. Even condoms can't give full protection against hpv. Please get a check up!

i realize that my labias are shrinking especially after i treated a yeast infection and while treating a bacterial vaginosis. why are they shrinking?

Previously swollen?: I would guess your labia were swollen due to inflammation and now are returning to normal size. Contact the doctor treating you for yeast and BV. Good luck!

i get chronic yeast infection with small blister on the outside of my labia. could this be more then just a yeast infection? i need another opinion .

? herpes: There are different causes of blisters. With chronic yeast infections , i would be concerned about underlying immune dysfunction such as diabetes or other causes. You should have a good exam and some labs to see what else could be contributing. Best wishes!
