Not Sinus Pressure: There is not really a sinus behind your ear.  There is a small collection of holes in the bone called mastoid air cells.  These can so entires get infected.  Best way to assess this is CT scan.  Before doing that I might try a course of antibiotics prescribed by your doctor.

Milk in ear: It is doubtful that this can cause otitis. Don't worry. Try to dry around the ear canal with a soft cloth but don't stick anything into the canal.

Tinnitus: Usually tinnitus is not associated with ear infection/fever. There may be another cause of the ringing  - possibly excess fluid in the inner ear. Ask your doctor about using a low salt diet.

my about 5 yrs old son often gets allergys.now  first time ever given amoxicillin for ear infection.should i be concerned about pencillin reaction?

Mgt: I would advise reporting any unusual symptoms such as rash or wheezing right away. He may develop a reaction, but allergies are specific to certain triggers. I would advise observing him closely especially during the first four hours after ingestion.

Nasal congestion: Often people with ear discomfort have it based on nasal stuffiness and eustachian tube dysfunction (similar to pressure on descent on a plane).  Call your doc.  They can advise you based on your medical history and current medication you're taking (decongestants should not used if you have high blood pressure or heart disease).  Hope this helps

i found my mastoid bone bigger on one side. i have allergies and have had ear infection years ago but nothing now. it's not bothering me help!!!!

See a doctor: I would need additional details. Is this new or has it always been that way. Has it continued to enlarge? These are signs that warrant further work up. However you need to be physically examined by a physician.

Fluid in middle ear?: The symptoms here  suggests otitis media. That means there is fluid or mucus in the inner ear. It needs to be drained with a variety decongestants or other means. An ENT - ear nose throat physician can help here.
