Nasal congestion: Often people with ear discomfort have it based on nasal stuffiness and eustachian tube dysfunction (similar to pressure on descent on a plane). Call your doc. They can advise you based on your medical history and current medication you're taking (decongestants should not used if you have high blood pressure or heart disease). Hope this helps
