Depends/likely: The calf implants for cosmetic enhancement of your leg will have some impact on your calf muscle performance. Okay to ask/talk to your cosmetic surgeon about this issue. Having : Having had four infections after replacement would put you at high risk for subsequent infections....Have you and your doctor considered a knee fusion (making the knee stiff).  While the knee wouldn't be able to bend, it could support your weight and typically is not painful.  However, if you are determined to go through revision knee replacement and your knee no longer shows signs of infection there is probably a chance that it could be successful..

: That would be up to the surgeon who performed the procedure. Driving a car, especially with your right leg, requires putting pressure on your right leg when applying the gas and brake. It depends on how much pressure you are allowed to put on the leg if driving is allowed. So, ask your surgeon if driving is allowed yet. Best of luck to you!

after 2 surgeries on leg for stent implants my physician wants me to stop warfarin and take plavix (clopidogrel) for 3 months.  he says that warfarin does not work on the lower exremities.  i now take about  27 1/2 a week?

Different : Warfarin is a blood thinner that prevents blood clots which works systemically on all parts of the body including lower extremities.  Plavix (clopidogrel) following stents is recommended to prevent stents from closing off.  Both can increase risk of bleeding.

Depends on time: The clf muscles atrophy after achilles tendon surgery depending on the type of problem it had to start and the type of surgery as well as the  amount of immobilization. Initial it may seem not to contract but with time and therapy it should. A neurological examination may be necessary to prove that the nerves to the muscle that cause it to contract are not injured.
