Too many questions: to answer completely, so would discuss with the individual ordering the tests first.  There are many possible therapies ranging from cervical traction, physical therapy to surgery.  The therapy is determined by the MRI findings usually.  There are a number of causes too numerous to list.  If EMG shows conduction latency then surgery may be indicated.  Discuss with your doctor.

Rarely is it serious: &amp; yes pinched nerve causing pain into  arm is cervical radiculopathy. 90% are treated non op &amp; get better-10% require surgery with &gt; 90% success rate. Rarely do disc herniations cause any significant neurologic or nerve injuries with only 20% of herniations leading to any neurologic findings on exam.  See a neurologist, neurosurgeon, orthopedic spine surgeon or physiatrist or pain management.

See a specialist: See a spine specialist.  An MRI of the cervical spine can be useful.  Conservative care includes pt, chiropractic, cervical traction, epidural injections and non steroidal anti-inflammatory meds.  If these fail, surgery is often successful in relieving the pain. Get it checked,,: It's a good idea to get this checked out, especially the dizziness, as it could mean something more than a pinched nerve.  It could be something to do with the ear canal or a blood pressure issue or some other condition.  So it's a good idea to get a comprehensive check-up along with the results of the tests you had to find out what this is.  Good luck!

Yes.: Possible. The ncs and MRI are pretty definitive tests.  So i believe the c5/6 impingements.  On the other hand  finklestein's is also a pretty good predictor of de quervain's.   Certainly could have all three.

Could mean 3: The word should you use could describe up to three nerves involved. Depending on the specifics , that could be three nerves with branches on each side for a total of six. It could also mean central stenosis involving the entire spinal cord. The findings on the films need to be matched up with your physical findings for an accurate determination. The Doctor Who ordered the study should be able to explain that to you.
