C6 Nerve: A c5/6 issue will usually involve the C6 nerve causing a radiculitis/radiculopathy ("pinched nerve"). This will normally give you tinging and numbness on your front of upper arm into forearm and to thumb and index finger. Weakness can be seen in the extensor of your wrist, muscle that rotate your hand down, your flexor of the arm.
