Severe pain: I'm unsure as to whether your primary joint problem is simple osteoarthritis and ordinary hip bursitis because of the severity of your symptoms. I highly recommend a consultation with a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate tests and xrays will be ordered.

Analgesic: Generally speaking non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications with or without Acetaminophen are a start.  For persistent pain consider tramadol or tapentadol or low dose narcotics. Steroids are an option.

Knee DJD: Depending on the severity of  DJD  the conservative treatment includes application of heat  & analgesic creams, NSAID 's , cortisone injection , glucosamine & chondroitin sulfate, viscosupplement injection  in the knee, knee brace,  pt, use of cane  etc.  If the conservative treatment fails then you consider surgical options.

If : If you have bursitis, a cortisone shot usually isn't too uncomfortable for the patient.  If you have osteoarthritis, the injection is technically more difficult and may be more uncomfortable.  A bursitis injection can easily be done in the doctor's office while an intra-articular injection (for osteoarthritis) is often given under x-ray guidance.  The response to both may be variable:  anything from complete, long-term relief to nothing.  The response to injection depends on the accuracy of the diagnosis as well as the efficacy of other concurrent treatment strategies such as activity modification and physical therapy, with suspected bursitis, it is important to evaluate the low back to make sure that the hip pain isn't referred from a bulging disc or sciatica.

With injections in the joint, there may be some accelerated cartilage breakdown secondary to effects of the corticosteroid.  The duration of relief, if any, tends to be shorter for these injections as well.  There are fewer risks with injections in the bursa.  However, if multiple injections are required, there is some concern about the cummulative effects of the corticosteroid that is absorbed in the system and there is probably a reason to look at other treatment options.

Secondary: Several studies have shown significant association between diffuse joint hypermobility and osteoarthritis. Joint hypermobility predisposes to musculoskeletal disorders, 
especially osteoarthritis. Laxity of the joints has been
predisposing factor for joint or soft tissue injury.

: Sjogrens Diseae can cause many symptoms, including joint pain. If you have sjogrens and joint pain, you have Sjogrens, not osteoarthritis

Fatigue: No, check for vitamin D deficiency, thyroid hormone levels and anemia.

Osteoarthritis: Well it does cause pain and body has a way of dealing with painful movement by making you avoid it. Body will inhibit you from moving, slowing you down, and avoiding pain. Not exactly tiredness but I hope this helps.
