Sjogrens Diseae can cause many symptoms, including joint pain. If you have sjogrens and joint pain, you have Sjogrens, not osteoarthritis

Unrelated. Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative condition in which cartilage wears out or is damaged. Sjögren's sydrome is an autoimmune disease. The body's immune system attacks its own tissues, most prominently the salivary glands (causing dry mouth, occasionally swollen glands) and the lacrimal glands (causing dry eyes). Sjögren's can affect other body systems. OA is confined to the joints.
