Self- care: Valerian root, Passionflower &amp; Chamomile are some natural approaches to anxiety.. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises &amp; meditation.  Don't isolate - spend time w friends (even if at a distance) &amp; stay active.

i have problems with using my brain. i often just seem unable to think or have to really try hard. is this burnout, stress?

Depression: "burnout" or "stress" are frequently the way we describe a clinical depression.  Certainly chronic stress will lead to the biochemical depletion that is expressed as depression.
Some of the common symptoms of depression are the inability to think or make decisions, increased (or decreased) sleep, feeling bad.
Get a professional evaluation, you can not fix the biochemical depletion on your own.

Doctors : You don’t describe the type of dizziness you feel but if you have not seen a neurologist please do so.  Stress is not usually a cause of long term dizziness.  Keep pursuing this!  Best of luck.

Absolutely..: If you are experiencing acute anxiety one simple technique you can use is deep breathing exercises. Breath in deeply & slowly through your nostrils. Fill your lungs (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold air in lungs for a five count. Exhale slowly through an open mouth. Don’t focus on performance – just focus on your breathing.  Repeat x at least 12.  Or look up progressive muscle relaxation.

Rest, counseling.etc: You seem like you are somewhat overwhelmed.  Try to get more rest and less stimulation, as in less unnecessary involvement in petty issues that take up your time so you get good rest.  If you still can't sleep it might be wise to talk to your doctor about some of your pressures in your day and have him/her counsel you regarding the best course of action.  Light exercise also might help.

Stress: I recommend that you get an appointment to see a Psychologist. If things work out over time that's great. If not the Psychologist will refer you to a relevant doctor.

Find a counselor: A therapist or a counselor can help you evaluate your situation and together decide a plan of action. Some companies offer this service to improve employee well-being and performance, but most choose private anyway. Without knowing you at least a bit - no one could answer your question(s). Find a helper to evaluate things, then... Take it from there!

Stress Relief: Try doing activities that will lower your stress levels. Try doing yoga or tai chi or some sort of activity that will keep you relaxed. It may also help to take a mild muscle relaxant to help keep you calm. Always take deep breaths and try not to panic or think to hard about your life. Drink plenty of water.

i have about 10 pvcs an hour. i developed them 1 month ago during a burn out. cardiologist made echo, no heart disease. blood work is fine. why am i still having them. i don't feel stressed anymore. will they ever go away? i never had it before.32yo?

: In your case it is likely that these are benign mildly frequent PVC's which require no treatment or further investigation if they aren't multiform, occurring in couplets,triplets runs or eventually are 10% of total beats in 24 hours. I'd limit caffeine&amp; alcohol intake. If they're symptomatic, beta blockers can suppress them. An electrophysiologist cardiologist could evaluate &amp; advise you further.
