: There are all sorts of "tiny red goosebumps." Time to be physically examined. A good place to start the solving of the mystery is to see a Physician rather than a computer screen. Either your GP or a Dermatologist. Take lots of pictures on your phone for the doctor.  take some close up, some with a ruler next to the "red goosebumps," some at arms length.

i find it difficult to describe this feeling. i feel some slight burning sensation on my outer side of the leg and sometimes it goes up to my hand.  it is not a pain as such and is now spreading in the inside of the leg and foot?

Maybe related: The leg burning sensation does not go up to the hand as they are different nerve roots.The burning on the leg to the foot is most likely sciatica.For the leg and the hand to be related would have to be coming from the neck or a vitamin b12 or folate defiency and would affect both sides.see you doctor to get examined to clarify the issue

There : There are several possibilities for this such as morton's neuroma which is basically a nerve that has enlarged.  Morton's neuroma does not hurt when when you touch it.  It could also be plantar fasciitis but that is usually more near the heel.  There are treatments for both.  Please be seen medically for this.  If you have increased pain, fever, redness or new complaints then you would need to be seen as an emergency.

Mononeuritis multipl: You have inflammation of multiple nerves , usually due to a virus.  Mononeuritis multiplex.  I would see a neurologist

Burning numb: This doesn't fit a logical pattern for a neurological illness in the back or the brain, but could fit with diabetes.  Check with your doctor to get screened. Exercise and drink plenty of fluid, avoid caffeine. Hope this helps.

Neurologic: GERD or Nexium does not cause the type of symptoms you are describing.  I am concerned as to why a young male ( unless you have been a vegan for many years) would develop iron-deficiency anemia. Your best bet is to consult a neurologist. The fact that the entire half (including the face) is affected however does not make sense neurologically either.

Several possible: Answers might include peripheral neuropathy, a rheumatological condition, perhaps raynaud's, rarely, a giant cell arteritis, perhaps diabetes.  So, best you see a doctor, get some blood studies, and perhaps symptomatic intervention.
