Nerve irritation.: There is a small branch of a nerve that runs in the front of the knee, and can become irritated with direct kneeling. This could account for the burning feeling. See an orthopedic knee specialist for treatment.

Knee sensation: How recently?  Please tell me it's been more than a week at least.  There are some people who are overly sensitive to their body.  Give it a few days at least.  U would be surprised how many people don't give tincture of time to work.

: See a doc for a proper evaluation. The cited injury and symptoms are not conclusive. This may be a simple self resolving problem (doubt) , one that needs physical therapy or one that needs surgery. Treatment is most often successful early before deterioration of the joint sets in.

Knee pain: Knee pain can be from several sources. In someone doing heavy squats, conditions like patellar or quadriceps tendonitis is common. This would show up as front of the knee pain. If your pain is on the side of the knee and associated with locking or catching, might be a meniscal tear. Recommend evaluation by ortho surgeon if symptoms persist

Unless: Activity related (sports, work) in rheumatology we think of sero- spondyloarthropaty, sarcoid and ra. Have yourself checked, good luck.

Back and knee pain : Your back problems may cause or contribute to nerve inflammation which causes leg weakness/knee pain and skin burning. I can not be sure about this hypothesis without an examination. I suggest that a doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation can understand this from a neurological and functional point of view. There can be other possibilities, so I would first ask your primary care doctor.

Yes, get it checked: With immobilization you should have been displaying signs of improvement.  I would suggest having it examined and possibly having further diagnostic tests such as a ct, MRI or ultrasound to evaluate the soft tissue.  Radiographs (x-rays) only highlight the bones and joints.  Not only could you have a soft tissue injury but the burning you are feeling could be impingement of a nerve in the area.

hi docs i've been to 17 drs n specialistnow in 5 months. i'm 43. started with pain near elbow lymph nodes. then armpit lymphs. then behind the knee pain and groin pain n throb. burning pain inner thighs. arms burn. all bilateral. down to fingers toes?
