Impossible to say: If you had blood tests because of these symptoms, i would hope that they also did tests for pancreatic damage, particularly a lipase (or an older test, amylase).  Are you still drinking, despite the pain?  If so, i would be very concerned.  Easiest way to find if they are related is to stop and see what happens.  Gastritis or even a peptic ulcer is a more common problem, and alcohol makes it worse.

Widespread: These symptoms may or may not be explained by a single diagnosis as they are very widespread. They seem to have subsided after 30 minutes. For now simply observe for any recurrence or any new symptoms. Could there have been a reaction to food or spices, alcohol, medications? See a physician for evaluation  as needed

Exam: Your symptoms require further examination and evaluation with blood and urine testing as well as an abdominal ultrasound. Continue your Dexilant (dexlansoprazole) and I suggest calling your local health department clinic for an appointment.

Stone: from kidney may have passed causing some scratching on the way.  There could be others behind.  If you have more intense pain in the abdomen or in the back you may need to have an evaluation or if the burning on urination continues you might have an infection also (or instead).  Drink plenty of fluids.

i am having heavy burning and pain in right kidney area, back and stomach is really burning. if i had a negative ct of the abdomen and pelvic area, blood work and urinalysis was ok should  i still be concerned with kidney issues?

Back pain: Very unlikely to be kidney related if all those tests were good. It could be related to back as the pain can be burning and radiate to the front stomach area. You can try using heat packs in the back and see if it helps. Sometimes using prescription muscle relaxers can also help. Also increase hydration.

Possible: One kidney on each side so a stone or kidney infection may only affect one side. Any fever or chills? Burning may favor infection over stone. Try calling city or county health department to see what may be available in terms of care but dont wait too long

Your surgeon can exp: Your treating surgeon will explain the procedure.
There are more than one ways to operate and remove a kidney. It can be an open surgery or more modern surgery done through laparascopic methods which is minimaly invasive surgery. Kidney can be removed completely or only partially if the tumor is small.
So all of these issues can be and should be explained by your doctor if you ask.
