i have tiny bumps in corners of my mouth. they're not painful or noticeable unless i poke/stretch skin.. what could it be? i've had them a long time.

Don't poke!: It may be a nutritional deficiency - possibly bacterial or viral - but not  likely if long term and w/o other symptoms. You might want to see your Dr for eval if they trouble you. Iron, zinc, Vit Bs and C foods can help - Fish, shellfish, poultry, legumes, peppers, leafy and cruciform veggies, nuts - all good!

Bumps: Unfortunately "bumps" is not a medical/dental term.  You will have to be examined (see your Dentist) to determine what exactly it is that you are talking about.  Probably nothing to worry about, but see your Dentist to make sure.

Parotid Ducts: Likely the opening of the ducts from your parotid glands that help you with digestion. Leave them alone. If they become painful see your doctor as they sometimes get blocked.

just concern my son is 1 year 11 months and just fell from the bed on his head fave first he has a bump and mouth was bleeding do i need to have it checked out or just use ice. a year ago while walking he also fell on his head. concerned daddy?

Abscess: It appears you have an abscess from your description. In needs to be evaluated by a dentist for the cause and for proper treatment. It will not resolve on its own if it is an abscess.

Difficult to say: Oral diagnosis often requires a careful physical exam and it's difficult to say. My suspicion is you are seeing a common thing called Fordyce granules which are yellowish small bumps which are oil or sebaceous glands of the oral mucosa. It is common and a normal finding.

Salivary opening: That connective thing between the tongue and the floor of the mouth is the frenulum linguae and the red bumps on the side are the openings of your submandibular salivary glands.
