Bump: I would have a dental professional examine you. May be normal anatomy versus something more serious.

See dentist: You should have this bump examined by dentist to be on safe side. Lesions or swelling whether big or small should be looked at to rule out serious problems. My gut feeling in your case is that the bump may be associated with your wisdom teeth. You are the right age. See your dentist soon.
