Time will tell: Blisters and skin irritations heal with time, but a wart will hold its ground.  Warts are caused by a virus that involves the epidermis.   Warts develop a blood supply in the skin.  These tend to bleed ever so slightly under the skin forming little dark spots.  Warts usually require a treatment to get rid of them.  If this is not clearing up in a few weeks, you may want to have it looked.

A callus will generally hurt when pressure is applied by pushing on it. The problem is, to tell them apart, a good visualization of the bump  is needed. Best to see a foot specialist to prevent the lump from potentially spreading.

Right now: If you have active warts and a new bump on the skin of the toe, chances are you have another wart. Look closely..Do skin lines go through it or around it? If the latter, it's a wart. I don't recommend duct tape. The reason it reacts with warts is the adhesive was not meant for skin contact and causes an allergic reaction. Thus can be severe in some individals. See a podiatrist.
