There is a black out raised bump on the side of my big toe, a red streak comes from that. there is very rough skin covering, it hurts to press down.

Call - us Wart.: Raised roughened areas on the side of the big toe, especially at your age are restricted to only a few conditions. A wart will generally hurt when squeezed. A callus will generally hurt when pressure is applied by pushing on it. The problem is, to tell them apart, a good visualization of the bump is needed. Best to see a foot specialist to prevent the lump from potentially spreading.
