i have pain on my middle abdomen, it feels like a bump or lump that's forming. and it hurt, i previously had one on my groin area. and it went away. i want to know what this and how i can resolve this issue?

i know dont know how to post a picture but its one bump on my groin that i noticed was bleeding.  its on my groin close to my pubic hair, not on my penis. its close to my inner thigh.  i had unprotected sex with older woman 2 days ago ?

Cyst: Assuming the bump is painful, it is likely a cyst which is a fluid filled bump below the skin.  It could also be an early abcess, which is an infected collection of pus below the skin, like a pimple but more painful and larger.  Either can be a consequence of shaving in the genital region.  Don't squeeze or pop it!  i recommend seeing your doctor asap to see if it needs to be drained.

Yes: Lymph nodes in the right groin area are associated with your legs and genital area. Any type of inflammation or infection in those areas can cause your groin lymph nodes to swell. If you have an ingrown hair bump in your groin that is inflamed, it could be the cause. Other causes can include a sexually transmitted disease or even cancer. See a health provider to be sure.

Hernia vs not hernia: If it's a hernia, lump will fade away when you lay down with your knees bent; return when you cough, strain or heavy lift. If lump stays the same with position changes, it could be lymph node, pulled muscle, or bruise. Hernias stay the same or get worse, as they are the hole. The lump is an organ trying to escape through the hole. The hole/hernia should be surgically repaired.
