Need evaluation: Please have checked up by physician.It could be infection related in lower legs,genital organs or malignancy like melanoma ,lymphoma etc .u might need a biopsy

Likely benign: probably what we call an "inflammatory lymp node." Calmly see your local MD. It probably is a result of skin irritation or even a low grade fungal infection of the nails or skin of the foot or leg.
