Lymph nodes: These are likely lymph nodes ("swollen glands") which are part of your normal immune system. If you just noticed them and they aren't bothering you and you have no other symptoms, then you can keep an eye on them and see what happens. If they hurt, are growing, you have fevers/rashes/vomiting/diarrhea/weight loss/headaches or any other symptoms, then see your doctor for evaluation.
