See below: Most people who are stung by bees just get a red, swollen iitchy "bump" in the area...Washing it right away..Using ice...Applying cortisone cream and taking an antihistamine usually provides relief. 
If you have bee sting allergy you can have more serious symptoms(hives all over, asthma, trouble breathing etc..) if you have these  see an allergist asap.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine) etc.: Bee stings can be painful, but unless there is a serious allergic reaction, they can be treated easily at home. Take some benadryl, tylenol, (acetaminophen) and ice the wound to decrease swelling.

Observe for reaction: First, don't panic- millions of people are stung by bees everyday and it is only serious if they have an allergic reaction, which seldom happens. Signs of allergic reaction are significant redness/swelling around sting site/swelling of throat/difficulty breathing- call 911 if that happens. Bites: Bites from bee or other hymenoptera species usually hurt. Benadryl, cool compress and NSAID. As long as it is not swelling more or you are not having any other symptoms such as breathing problems this should resolve.

Not unusual: This is not that uncommon a reaction from a sting. If it does not have pus in it, the problem will likely resolve in a few days. If the problem is persistent, then one needs to consider whether part of the stinger was left in the sting site. If there is pus (unlikely for bee sting), then an antibiotic may be required.See doctor if problem persists or gets worse.

Prob not: Make sure you pulled the head of the tick out of the skin and ask you doc next steps. You can treat ahead of any symptoms and skin changes or just wait, but I would recommend treatment with doxycycline only  if 1) not pregnant, or lactating, 2) attached for &gt; or = to 36 hrs, and 3) identified as an adult or nymph stage deer tick...

Typically just obser: You need to make sure she doesn't have a severe allergic reaction ( facial swelling, difficulty breathing, hives). If this happens, call 911. Otherwise you just treat with Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and topical hydrocortisone if it is itchy. If it starts to look infected, she also would need to be seen.

on monday evening something bit or stung me on my right index finger, i cant see a bite mark and thought it was a bee but did not find its sting. its been 24+hrs and my finger is worse. its swollen, red, itchy and has pain. i cant close my finger. ?

Sting: If it has gotten progressively worse over the last 24 hours then the symptoms might be due to more than an allergic response.  You may have developed an infection. When was your last tetanus shot?   If you can no longer flex the finger, I would suggest having it medically evaluated.
