Not unusual: This is not that uncommon a reaction from a sting. If it does not have pus in it, the problem will likely resolve in a few days. If the problem is persistent, then one needs to consider whether part of the stinger was left in the sting site. If there is pus (unlikely for bee sting), then an antibiotic may be required.See doctor if problem persists or gets worse.
