Consult DDS: The bump on your gum is likely a periodontal or tooth infection this condition needs to be diagnosed by your dds . You may need root canal therapy on a tooth in the specific area or a periodontal infection treated . Be well grant phipps dds.

about 4 days ago i had this pimple looking bubble on my gums, i left it sit and waited for it to go away but 4 days later that same bubble turned into a small hole and this morning i was brushing and it was bleeding and i was concerned about it?

: You should very well be concerned. You appear to have a draining abscess with a fistula based on your description. Without an exam and radiographs it is impossible to diagnose your problem. Your local dentist can examine you and determine if you need further treatment.

i had a white round bubble on my gums where my wisdom tooth was removed (over a year ago) i made the mistake of poking it with a needle, how can i prevent infection or know if it is infected? what would a small perfectly round white bubble be?

: Probably a blister. Use Listerine  or another mouth wash and if not better -your dentist

i had 3 root canals 6 days ago (capped with temps + antibiotics). i still have puss-filled bubbles on my gums & sensitivity. is this normal? help pls!

Abscess: Apparently you've had quite a bit of dentistry on infected, broken down teeth. Can't tell how bad the infections were before treatment began, but is seems like you're still healing, which is perfectly normal. The infection has been there for a while, and it will take a while to heal. Be patient, and allow the meds and your dentist to make things right. Feel better soon....

i have sinusitis got back from er and a bubble on my lip/gum busted and made me throw up and was bleeding what could it have been?

What you are describing are pretty common and of typically of no long term consequence. Unless you are getting them frequently and they are severe, I would just monitor them for now. Likely they will heal up in a few days. Hope this helps!

Abscessed tooth: Sounds like you have an abscessed tooth with a possible draining fistula on your gums. You should see a dentist. The tooth may be salvageable with a root canal, or may be nonrestorable and have to be extracted. You may be referred to an endodontist or an oral surgeon. Don't let it wait too long!
