Wear low heels.: Sounds like you may have  plantar fasciitis  and possibly a tight gastrocnemius muscle/tendon.  Avoid going barefoot, wearing flip flops , or any flats (sandals, bedroom shoes, etc.) and wear low heeled shoes to reduce the strain on your calves and plantar fascia. If this doesn't help, see a podiatrist.

Blood dyscrasia: You need to see your doctor and get tested for  low platelets and problems with coagulation.

lower leg pain for months in one area of anterior shin about 4-5 cm diameter. other areas dont hurt. no pain when resting but pain when touching location in leg (tender) or when walking. leg looks normal. im sedentary. what could cause that?

: You may have a stress fracture, especially if the area is about 2-3 inches above the medial malleolus. Pain has been for months so a plain X ray should be able to identify this hairline fracture by now.

hello, i have had both my legs with sprained ankle now have two random bumps that appeared on my lower back, is that related to my sprain ankles? feel when i press down on them they are tender & kind of moveable. still feel like my side of legs hurt?

: Tender moveable bumps are worth being checked in person by a Dr. There may be an alternative cause such as infection, muscle spasm or other. A full physical exam and potentially lab studies can determine the next course of treatment.

i had stroke feb 18th..leg pain left inner thigh started 3 days ago..today noticed bruising.  should i be concerned?

Yes: I would recommend discussing your symptoms with your Dr and have him look at the bruising.  Depending on the medications you were prescribed after the stroke, your Dr may need to adjust them.  Medications like Coumadin can be difficult to keep at the desired level, and if it is too high you can get bruising. If you are not on Coumadin, but another blood thinner I would still check with your Dr.

Aging: Easy bruising is common with age. Although most bruises are harmless and go away without treatment, easy bruising can sometimes be a sign of a more serious problem.
Aging capillaries.
Thinning skin.
Blood-thinning drugs.
Topical and systemic corticosteroids.
Blood-clotting problem or a blood disease.
Domestic violence or abuse.
Consult your doctor if you 
have unusually large or painful bruises.

Need evaluation: You definitely need to be seen by your doctor and have further evaluation. Those cluster of symptoms could be caused by different things like autoimmune disease, inflammation/infection, including blood disorder like leukemia etc would be few things to be considered as well. Go to see your doctor and get yourself checked.

Why Gamble.: If you have a true dvt, the doctor you see is unimportant. Waiting a week to see your own doctor could lead to catastrophic problems. There are many out patient clinics that can assess your condition and make the proper recommendations.

See a physician: Hi! if you are fainting and have already fallen down stairs, you should see a physician for a complete evaluation.  This is not normal and should not be minimized.

after 18 hour flight 2 times in one week i have leg pain in my foot and behind my calf and thigh for 2 days, 2 small bruises on leg. what is this?

Could be blood clots: It would be prudent to see your doctor to rule out blood clots in the blood vessels of legs. As a precaution you may take one aspirin a day to limit clot formation.
