Could be blood clots: It would be prudent to see your doctor to rule out blood clots in the blood vessels of legs. As a precaution you may take one aspirin a day to limit clot formation. If you get any breathing problems, chest pain, cough or the swelling in leg increases, go to an ER. Talk to your doctor about precautions you should take for long flights.
