Apples/oranges: there is no way to answer this. Each condition that you mentioned can range in severity from mild to extremely serious (and in rare cases, death). Each condition can affect a person differently. Both however should be evaluated and treatment provided.

Yes: Strep throat is typically associated with a fever, but not always.  The good news is it is very simply diagnosed with a throat swab, and if you do have strep, easily treated with antibiotics.  Bronchitis is a viral disease that will resolve on its own, given time.

my son was diagnosed w/ strep throat @ beginning of bronchitis. is bronchitis a virus? how long is the incubationfor these 2? i have 2 other kids.

Bacterial: Strep is bacterial  sounds like may have viral also causing bronchitis.  Viral incubation is typically 3-7 days.

Yes, doctor again: Make sure to use a cool mist humidifier when your child is resting. also hydrate your child well. So that the nutrition, antibiotics can work better. Also make sure your child is resting well, comfortably, and is warm.

Its " overkill": If you have respiratory bacterial infection as a Strep throat 99% Strep group A.. best treated by Penicillin like antibiotics  ( Amox..), but bronchitis is 99 % Viral and does NOT need antibiotics... UNLESS special circumstances .. History COPD, imunosupression , HIV... BUT in general Cipro (ciprofloxacin) may be redundant! i have sinusitis strep throat,broncitis all at once.seen 2 dr. i have amoxicillin, flowvent and a sinus spray.when would i know to go to emerg if need?

Give it time: If you have all of those symptoms at once you most likely have a viral upper respiratory infection. These take 10-14 days to fully resolve. 
You only need to see you doctor again if you are getting much WORSE, no need to see them if they are the same but still there. A viral cough can last up to 28 days and still be normal.

Examination: Your sputum may be tinged with blood from an inflamed airway or nasal passage. Other causes include Coronavirus and I would suggest a follow up visit with your PCP or with urgent care.

Maybe: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can help decrease throat pain.
