See below: Not bronchitis. Could be strep throat or viral. If you have a fever, headache, and stomach discomfort, more likely strep.

See doctor...: Your symptoms could be due to strep throat infection, tonsillitis or any number of other throat infections. You need to be seen by your doctor so your throat can be examined, throat culture obtained if needed and treatment rendered. Your symptoms do not sound like acute bronchitis. Good luck!
