Electrosurgery: An electric needle can work but will leave a small scab for about a week. The laser used may not be optimal laser or the setting needs to be redone at higher setting.The pulse dye, ktp or even alexandrite laser can all treat broken blood vessels. The ipl is not as effective. If the vessel is deep it may require a redo with higher setting.

IPL Trwatments: Intense pulsed light therapy is great for certain uses, like hair removal and plot rejuvenation: http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/intense_pulsed_light. However, there are certain contraindications as the article documents. Check to see if any apply to you. It is not uncommon to get some redness in the area right afterwards, but ai would check w/ a dermatologist to see what is going on now.

See below: Capillaries on the face can be seen with rosacea, liver diseases, chronic alcohol consumption, and sometimes autoimmune diseases.  Discuss with your doctor what yours are most consistent with.

Get checked: A subconjunctival hemorrhage is an area of broken small blood vessels in the outer layer of the eye.  It has many causes.  Since you also had a nosebleed as well, make an appointment with a medical doctor to have your blood panel and clotting system checked.  This usually involves a blood test.  Feel better.

got electrocautery done on broken capillaries on my nose, scab came off and now the area is very red. what should i do? my dermatologist had recommended putting vaseline on until the scab came off but it does not look fully healed-was done 7 days ago?

: If there is a wound there, you could apply an antibiotic ointment, like bacitracin or triple antibiotic ointment. This will keep it from getting infected. You should also avoid sun exposure. If it is not getting better over the next few days, call the doctor who did the procedure to take a look at it. Good luck!

how to unstuff your nose?

Neti pots can be : Very helpful to reduce nasal congestion. Mix ¼ teaspoon salt w 1 cup lukewarm water. More salt can also be used. Place solution in neti pot.  Tilt head and pour solution into 1nostril. Blow nose lightly and spit out any liquid that drains into your throat. Repeat on other side. This can be done in the evening before you go to bed & again in the morning. You can watch a video online for more info.

Closed reduction?: If you're talking about moving broken nasal bones back into place immediately after a fracture, if done awake expect discomfort even with the pain medication.  Sometimes, it's done under general anesthesia.  If it's been some time since the injury, closed reduction isn't recommended and most people wait 6-12 months then have a nasal reconstructive rhinoplasty.
