Gliomas: It is certainly one of the presenting symptoms of brain tumor. Diplopia or double vision can be from the effect on cranial nerves 3, 4, 6 and dizziness (+/- vomiting, nausea, balance problems) can be a sign of posterior fossa tumor.

Extremely unlikely: An isolated symptom of blurred vision in both eyes in an otherwise healthy person is almost never caused by a brain tumor.

: That diagnosis would be pretty far don my list of possibilities, Write down all these symptoms with timelines for each and schedule a visit for an evaluation. It is worthy of the effort &amp; treatment should be possible.

Maybe not: Some brain tumors do not put any pressure on the optic nerve.  On the other hand, there are lots of other causes of vision problems.  It is probably not worthwhile jumping to conclusion that your vision problem is caused by a brain tumor.

"See" doc in person: Your one-line question makes me concerned that you are frightened!  Many things can cause blurred vision; tumors often have other associated symptoms, or specific kinds of vision problems.  An exam by a physician can include not only testing your visual function, but also looking in your eyes for signs of other disease--not to mention a review of the rest of you for clues!
