when i touch, the lower left side, it feels, irritated, and hurts, especially, when lying down, on the lower left side, of my stomach, and pulling sensation, i do feel like theres some resistance, or something pinched? are these adhesions?

: Adhesions from prior surgery can cause severe cramping discomfort from blockage of intestines. Other causes of left lower abdominal discomfort include diverticulitis of the descending colon, inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease, abdominal muscle or superficial nerve irritability or pelvic organ pathology. If symptoms persist get examined &amp; advised by your physician or abdominal surgeon

i have a 3yr old & when she starts to cry she yells out please don't leave me & grabs her stomach & pinches a chunk of it should i be worried?

Abandonment: She has abandonment fears, which can be normal for age, but sound excessive. Discourage the self-injury action (pinching); reassure; think about what tv messages she gets (adult-themed shows/"drama"?); if has had loss (?Military parent, separated parents, loss of loved one?). Definitely discuss with pediatrician, may benefit from short-term counselling to help with proper framing.

does itchy, uncomfortable pinch on my upper right side near rib cage correlates to stomach acid problem? especially laying with stomach down

Stomach acid: If the pain is in the upper right abdomen, it's not likely due to stomach acid.  The upper right abdomen is where your gall bladder is.  Your stomach is more central in your upper abdomen, and off to the left a bit.  Stomach acid tends to cause heartburn, or burning behind your breast bone.

abdominal pain: Potentially, a pinched thoracic nerve could cause pain that radiates around the flank and possibly to the abdomen. Thoracic pinched nerves are much less common than cervical or lumbar.

on a full stomach, when i breathe in i get a burning pinch pain on top of the shoulder. either one could be affected. what is this caused from?

Diaphragmatic Sign: This is an abdominal sign that we look for with gallbladder or pancreatic disease. I'd suggest you see your fp or surgeon in the near future.

Acid reflux?: This may be a bit of acid reflux - if it's painful enough to treat - try an antiacid (tums) or a home remedy yu trust. If that's not enough, see your provider foe exam and diet guidelines and treatment. Also think about eating habits. Not too fast, too much, to spicy, to gassy, etc. Best!

i am 36 female. 256 lbs. (working on weight). i have randome brief stomach clinching in up ab mostly. now diarrhea after taking flagyl and nausea. ?

Could happen...: Flagyl can cause abdominal side effects. If symptoms are severe stop the antibiotic and let your doctor know. If  symptoms are manageable( able to be tolerated) take it for couple of more days and see how you do. If well you may finish it as prescribed.One important recommendation is to take probiotics which replace your "good bacteria" in your bowels while taking an antibiotic.

can fat build up behind your stomach muscles? i'm 53 yrs old. i don't have any fat on me anywhere, but have a big gut. but when i tighten my stomach muscles, you can't pinch even a 1/2" of fat, its hard as a rock.

Yes, : Yes, we have fat interspersed throughout the internal gut. You could have little subcutaneous fat but more fat in the abdominal cavity.

Yes or no: If you are stressed with IBS any thing can happen but it doesn't cause dizziness or unbalance on it's own.
