Could be gastritis: Difficult question, maybe details are missing- gallbladder problem cause referred pain in right shoulder. Association with meals suggest gastritis which is relieved by antacids and stomach acid reducers like famotidine. But it could be muscle pain. Are the painful areas tender to touch?
