trauma: You cannot rupture a normal tear duct by ordinary activity.  It will open only with trauma which cuts into the lid on the inside portion near the nose.

Rupture is rare: A duct rupture such as this is rare, most often is "iatrogenic" meaning it occurs during some mechanical intervention.  Depending on where the rupture is, it can be surgically corrected or stented via an upper endoscopy.  "high risk" usually implicates the existence of other medical issues that may pose risk for surgery, an anesthesia consultation is warranted in this situation.

Not to worry: If a stye breaks open, the contents are rapidly flushed out by the eye.  Infection beyond the stye would be extremely rare.  Just continue to apply heat and keep the eye flushed out and cleansed.

Bile duct injury : It sounds like you had a very hostile gallbladder but to this point things have been repaired and that you have a t-tube in place. That tube help strain the bile and people helps prevent stricture. Overall the outlook is good and it is rare for people to have major complications or long-term effects after surgery in which the ball that was repaired. Routine follow-up as recommended by your surgeon will however be important to make sure that any problem that arises is attended to a timely fashion.

Drainage: You can't cure an abscess with just antibiotics. Drainage will be necessary, either by incision and drainage, or, in some cases, percutaneous aspiration. Again, drainage is necessary to resolve an abscess. Good luck.

Depends: Tear outflow consists of two parts, the upper from the eyelid to the side of the nose, and the lower from the side of the nose into the nose.  If the upper is clogged it can sometimes be opened by probing done by your ophthalmologist.  If the lower portion then it may require surgery.  If a child, there is a different set of rules.
