Pregnancy: I think it is unlikely that you are pregnant if you are taking your bc correctly and not on antibiotics.  In addition, your symptoms are not all consistent with pregnancy.  The UTI is more likely the diagnosis at this early juncture after sexual intercourse.

Possibly: Breast cancer sx's can include a mass. Masses that are painless, irregular ; hard are more suggestive of cancer but they can also be tender, painful ; soft. Swelling of the breast; thickened, red, skin; non-milky nipple discharge; new retraction of nipple, puckering or irritation of skin or pain ; sometimes swollen lymph nodes under the arm(s).  For risk factors seek medical evaluation.

PMS: Check urine/ blood HCG make sure you are not pregnant  otherwise  it can be variation which does occur.

Hormones are strange: If it comes and goes in a few days, or at least before your next period, you can be pretty sure it's just that the hormones were a little off this month.  But if you take medicine for psychiatric problems or it continues, it needs further testing

Can not conclude: A lack of breast tenderness can not be used to predict pregnancy outcome. The next step is to repeat the sonogram to see if a fetal pole can be identified. This is usually done between week 6-8.

Yes: Yes, those are all common side effects of the Progesterone in plan b.  Consider a pregnancy test at the time you would normally get your period, just to be sure you're not pregnant.  Best of luck.

Many things: Anemia due to dietary issues or blood loss, thyroid disorder, anorexia - all can contribute.   You need a thorough evaluation.
