Never the same.: After you have finished nursing completely, it doesn't take all that long for your breasts to decrease in size, maybe 1-2 months.  However your breasts do usually lose about a cup size after you have breast fed.

Not likely: Frequent breastfeeding causes hormonal changes which should suppress ovulation & prevent pregnancy. Some backup contraception, such as using condoms, however, will help you be sure not to get pregnant before you plan to.

?????: If you are planning on nursing it would clearly be best to wait before considering breast lift surgery. You will usually see recurrent sag after pregnancy and nursing. Why waste your money.

You might: While breastfeeding moms may not ovulate or have menses for a while, you will not know when you start. Menses is a signal for the end of a cycle not when ovulation starts.Many women never cycle before getting pregnant again. Unless you want to get pregnant again this soon, use some form of birth control.

Yes: If you are ovulating you can get pregnant. Women with PCOS ovulate less frequently and breastfeeding if done exclusively ( no pacifiers or supplements at all) does suppress ovulation for awhile. Pregnancy doesn't necessarily dry up breast milk but it is very difficult to get enough nutrients to feed one baby while growing another. Hope this helps.

Breastfeeding: It is very common to have irregular periods while breastfeeding. Breastfeeding can interfere and in some cases prevent ovulation. It is not a reliable form of birth control for those who do not wish to conceive. If your pregnancy tests are negative then you are not pregnant at this time.
