: Were you still having symptoms from the concussion from 10 days ago? How hard did you hit your head on the visor? If you are having any symptoms like increased dizziness, sleepiness, bad headache, etc. then go to the ER to get evaluated. If you are not having any symptoms, you are likely fine but call your doctor to be sure. Good luck to you!

Variable: It depends on the direction of the force acting on the head and where the head is hit. It also depends if the head strikes anything after the initial impact. A moderate blow to the head can cause bleeding, but this isn't that common. The harder the impact, the more likely that bleeding will occur.

No: While in medicine, anything is possible and of course it is possible, it seems exceedingly unlikely to the point of impossible and certainly improbable.  Do you have any symptoms?  Loss of consciousness?  Headache?  Difficulty thinking or concentrating? Nausea? Vomiting?  If you have none of these sympoms, the answer remains no.  If you do have them within 6 hours, perhaps get checked out.

Chill: First off it is a good sign you are able to get on the internet and send a message. Although you hit your head and you were stunned you were not knocked out. So if you were not knocked out, you do not have skull fracture and you are not on anticoagulants it puts you at low risk for head bleed. Follow these guidelines

: If the event did not knock you out/cause a loss of memory/immediate dizziness it is unlikely to cause any issue beyond a headache. If you feel disoriented/confused or otherwise impaired arrange for someone to take you to urgent care.

There is NO rationale to self-diagnose a "brain bleed" or "concussion", and you mention solely a headache, which is non-specific. Brain bleed?: The chances of a healthy 20-year-old having a "brain bleed" from an ordinary head bump are extremely remote. I think you can safely find something else to be scared about. Just read the newspaper.
