Foot Pain: The pain you are feeling may be from a stress fracture, fracture of the 5th metatarsal, and or a tendonitis.  The fracture will hurt more consistently with walking or weight bearing.  This can be a difficult fracture to fix, and if it does not heal properly, could cause long-term pain with walking.  See your physician for x-rays and exam to help determine the best course for treatment.

With chronic pain at this immediate area on the inside of your ankle, have the extra bone removed, but there is conservative care. If surgery is elected, address your flat feet as well. Could be many things: Including not limited to sesamoiditis, hallux limitis, plantar fascitis, tendonitis, etc.....Try icing, maybe an arch support and if no relief see your foot doc.

Jones fracture or: pseudojones? makes a difference,  If it is not a true Jones fracture than an ace-wrap will be enough. Discuss with your doctor.

Low vitamin D: A vitamin d level of 8 is very low.  You need to take vitamin d.  Take 5000iu of vitamin d3 daily.  Low d causes osteoporosis and that is why your foot hurts.

Possible: If you have pain in the area that you it it could be that you have fractured the bone. Signs of a break (fracture) are pain, swelling and difficulty walking on the foot. It would be best to see your doctor and get an xray.
