Hard to say,,,: This is hard to pinpoint without more of an idea of your daily activities and such.  For example, this could easily be due to drinking coffee daily, especially if you're sensitive to it.  It might be from stress, like financial and family issues along with those of health.  Rarely it can be neurological or muscular, so more info might be needed.  It might help to see a neurologist.  Best of luck.

ALS : Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a neurodegenerative disorder that affects the upper and lower motor neurons and causes weakness. Twitching or fasciculations occur in the upper arms and thighs. Men are more frequently affected and in ages that range from 40-60. It is also very rare and occurs in 1 in a 100, 000 people. See your physician or neurologist for evaluation.

Odd: That's an odd symptom. I don't know what to make of it. I suggest you wear a 24 hour recorder (holter) and record when your symptoms occur so that your heart rhythm can be correlated to see if it's heart rhythm related.

It's really common: Muscle twitching is common, especially associated with too much coffee, stress or not enough sleep. Anxiety is probably the biggest cause.Muscle cramping caused by over-exertion or dehydration can also be the problem. People worry that they might have ALS/Lou Gehrig's disease, but it is actually VERY uncommon. I suspect the crawling sensation is also benign. See doctor if it persists/progresses.

i'm 20 having continuous random twitching all over body for the last 1-2 months am i fine? sleep schedule is kinda messed, some anxiety and i take vitamins but nothing? i'm 20 years old.

Sleep schedule: I think you hit on it yourself. If your sleep schedule is erratic it is not too surprising that you are having these physical symptoms. Of course getting back on a regular schedule is the key.  However, if not, you can try a few "tricks". Spend only sleep time in your bedroom, avoid stimulants (coffee) near bedtime (this may be part of the problem if you're trying to stay awake), etc.

Sleep: How have you been sleeping? Sleep deprivation can cause all of your symptoms. If you can’t sleep, try lavender oil spray on your pillow, a warm bath, and something warm at night. Have dinner early, about 1-2 hrs before you sleep. Take time for yourself. 
Also, do see your PCP to get a physical done, as well as blood work to make sure everything is functioning normally.
