Sleep: How have you been sleeping? Sleep deprivation can cause all of your symptoms. If you can’t sleep, try lavender oil spray on your pillow, a warm bath, and something warm at night. Have dinner early, about 1-2 hrs before you sleep. Take time for yourself. Also, do see your PCP to get a physical done, as well as blood work to make sure everything is functioning normally.
