I'd want to know % Body fat, BMI and especially how I look and feel: Lean and mean or soft around the edges? Well-defined muscles or hidden in a layer of fat? Energetic and enthusiastic or blah?

Scale with body fat%: Find a scale that allows you to program height, age etc. in, and has a body fat % reading. These may not be perfect but can give you a general idea. There are handheld devices that are perhaps less accurate. If you want to be specific, there are water displacement tank measurements that are most accurate.

Measure body fat: There are machines which measure percentage body fat. They are called bioimpedance monitors. Women need more body fat than men. Men should have no more thatn 25% body fat at your 
age. Women can have up to 28% body fat at age 37.  The limits are somewhat higher as you get older.

See below: Commonly gbs starts with numbness and tingling that is bilateral and starting at the toes  (variants of the disease differ in symptoms). Weakness has to be present for it to be gbs.  Cidp is less predictable: weakness may not be present for a couple years.  In these diseases peripheral nerves are stripped of myelin (the coating that allows for nerve transmission).  Smooth muscle is not affected.

: Good job.  Losing 9 kilos of weight is not easy.   What you lose and gain in weight is a direct function of the calories you eat and you burn. You must eat less or burn more to lose weight.  Estimates of muscle and fat mass are not very accurate with most devices or equations. I would focus on BMI for health. Healthiest BMI for women is under 25. At this BMI women tend to live longer &amp; healthier.
