why do i get body aches when i dont get enough sleep. once i get enough sleep these aches disappear?

: The body aches is most likely because of tension and incomplete metabolism in the muscles. It means you are not sleeping for the same reason that you have the muscle aches. You should resolve tension and stresses to have resolution of both insomnia and muscle tension.

Exercise when awake.: You are not having restful sleep for various reasons that you may know including anxiety. To reduce the effect the best thing may be to find why and correct it otherwise regardless of how you feel when you wake up exercise or yoga to relieve the stress in your muscles and with time that may help but it would help for the day you exercise.

Sound like sinusitis: Some are more prone to sinus pain than others because they don't drain as easily. If your symptoms last longer than the others then you may be getting secondary bacterial infections in your sinuses which can cause fever and facial pain that is not symmetrical (more on one side or more in either forehead or cheek). Bacterial sinusitis requires different antibiotics longer than other infections.

Could be...: ...gum infection, wisdom tooth problem, abscessed tooth (teeth), influenza, or a whole rash of other causes. You need to be physically examined, possibly imaged, possibly lab tested. Please call hour Dentist and make an appointment. When you go, take a list of all drugs (prescribed, OTC, recreational) and a detailed historyy of when this all started and what you have experienced along the way.

If the gastroenterologist has no more suggestions, I recommend seeing a specialist in internal medicine who will take a thorough history&amp;system review, do a physical examination&amp;order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis &amp; may refer you to other consultants.
