Why do i get body aches when i dont get enough sleep. once i get enough sleep these aches disappear?

The body aches is most likely because of tension and incomplete metabolism in the muscles. It means you are not sleeping for the same reason that you have the muscle aches. You should resolve tension and stresses to have resolution of both insomnia and muscle tension.
