Low normal: The appropriate weight for a person who is 5'11" is between 140-171lbs. A normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. Since you are 139lbs and BMI of 19 you are at the lower end of normal. I believe that what your Dr is concerned about may be the drastic weight loss you have had in 2 years. Persons who lose this much weight in such a short time are at high risk of eating disorders.

Q: how to reduce triglycerides of 180 and increase hdl? my total cholesterol has been normal but these two parameters are not, and its been like that since more then a year now, weight loss didn't helped as well even though my bmi was normal?

: Your triglycerides show borderline elevation. You do not mention your HDL level. Other than regular exercise, I would not recommend medications. Exercise has been shown to increase HDL. I would not be in favor of using drug therapy to "treat" the HDL level. Suggest that you see your physician for further advice and guidance.

Gluten Senstivity: You are likely to have gluten sensitivity (this is why you can't eat bread). Because of the inflammation caused by the bread and gluten you are not absorbing so that is why you are loosing weight. Being that you BMI is 40 it would be recommended that you lose weight by avoiding all bread, pasta, flour, cereal, oatmeal, beer, etc. You will actually feel lighter and have more energy.

Unlikely: I've never seen a woman your age with prolapse without ever having had any children. If a physician told you that you have prolapse, then of course, you likely do. But if you're basing your assessment on a self-exam, you may be mistaking your cervix for another aspect of your anatomy. Even with prolapse, women can still have a pregnancy.

Heart beat chest: Discuss this with your Dr. It is most likely and extra heart beat that comes too soon.  When that happens the next beat comes later and the heart fills way up with blood and when that heart beat happens it can be twice as strong as the regular heart beat.
