Unlikely: I've never seen a woman your age with prolapse without ever having had any children. If a physician told you that you have prolapse, then of course, you likely do. But if you're basing your assessment on a self-exam, you may be mistaking your cervix for another aspect of your anatomy. Even with prolapse, women can still have a pregnancy.

Prolapse: A gyn specialist can check your pelvic support. It sounds like uterine prolapse. Pregnancy, childbirth, heavy lifting and straining are contributing factors.

Prolapse/long cervix: If you haven't had any risk factors for prolapse--childbearing, obesity, lifting heavy things, straining--then another possibility is simply a very long cervix. Discuss with your provider at your visit. Either way, most people can achieve a healthy pregnancy. Good luck!
