i'm trying to adjust my diet decreasing simple sugars& increasing proteins (my blood sugar level drops to 50 3h after eating)but i feel i'm not fine,i wake up dizzy everyday, get tired rapidly,blurred vision,confusion,feel the urge to eat sweets ?

Symptoms: It may sound strange but I suggest you first see a psychologist. Either she/he will recognize and help control your problems or will recommend a neurologist to help you.

what are the alternatives to digoxin for af and ccf? dr lipkin has stated there are better alternatives. i believe my dad has digoxin toxicity with confusion and blurred vision but have been told his blood levels are okay. thank you?

: By CCF, do you mean congestive heart failure?  If so, digoxin is helpful if ejection fraction is diminished. In presistent A Fib digoxin has been safely used for rate control for many years monitoring digoxin levels. While your dad doesn't have digoxin toxicity, he may have side effects. However, having been a digoxin prescriber for very many patients, I've never encountered those side effects.

Dehydration: Because the ABMD has faulty epithelium to basement membrane adherence, the hypertonic NaCl draws out water from the corneal epithelium so as to keep it from loosing its tight contact to the underlying basement membrane. This in turn helps to lessen the symptoms of pain when the epithelium lifts off.

Yes, indeed. Get Rx : Branch and central vein occlusion are a known cause of blurred vision in hypertensive patients.  Early treatment of both the hypertension and the vein occlusion is essential because damage to the retina can be irreversible if ignored.  Early treatment with growth factor inhibitors and steroids can restore vision.  Other types of damage can occur to the retina with chronic high blood pressure.

Yes and no: A popped blood vessel on the outside of the eye usually causes a subconjunctival hemorrhage, where the eye is bright red over the white part.  This should not affect vision.  A popped vessel on the inside, such as in diabetic retinopathy, can cause a vitreous hemorrhage, which definitely can cause blurry vision.

Dizziness: If truly abrupt BP changes occur then the pathology lies in the control mechanisms "neurocardiogenic" or you have unusual hormonal condition;see a competent cardiovascular specialist

Needs evaluation: Depends on the dose and your  body but Prednisone can cause visual blur especially when the dose is changing.  It can also cause diabetes and that can alter the blood sugar which can alter focus.  In addition it can cause cataracts.  Best to see your ophthalmologist for an evaluation of the cause.

Doubt blood HBP: This could be a problem called pigmentary dispersion - which is mostly likely in higher myopes.  If this is happening consistently then you should see a n  ophthalmolgist for evaluation.  High blood pressure is very uncommon at your age and does not cause visual blur in any case unless it is crazy high.
