Normal: Breasts can vary in size including areola. This is the way your body formed. Unless it is disease related: get a breast exam- i would not recommend surgery. In the final analysis- yes it is normal- plastic surgery would be a last resort.

May be ok: Prominence of superficial veins on the breasts are normal  if present on both breasts in similar pattern. Larger breasts have more noticeable superficial veins as a rule. If your breasts feel tender or overly congested get an exam by your Physician for peace of mind.

Yes: This is completely normal. It is nothing to be concerned about. If there is a significant cosmetic concerned you may want to speak with a dermatologist or vascular doctor in order to discuss cosmetic treatment. However, you are likely to notice that these veins become more and less pronounced overtime. They should not hurt or cause you any problems and are generally not a major cosmetic issue.

That is normal: If you have fair skin, it is completely normal to see veins under the skin surface.  Light blue veins, in particular, are common and are called reticular veins.  Veins you can feel or skin discoloration (darkening) around the veins are abnormal.  Otherwise, no need to do anything.

Usually 20 plus.: I am amazed about how often I have women ask me about the veins on their breast.  Occasionally they are spider veins but mostly they are blue veins.  These are almost always normal findings and normal variations of chest veins.  They tend to be more pronounced in fair skinned females and they may be related to hereditary factors or even pregnancies. They tend to increase as women age after 20-30.

Get checked.: Any new lump, in the breast or elsewhere, needs to be checked. Most of the time they are no big deal, but occasionally they are due to something serious, like cancer, or an infection. Only way to sort it out is by an exam and appropriate testing by a qualified medical expert in the field.  Your primary care doctor is a good place to start to begin the evaluation and testing and refer if needed

Are you  breast feeding, felt any lumps in the breast/arm pit? See you obgyn or a surgeon. Do not neglect!
