: Multiple issues to examine. Amenorrhea can be caused by a multitude of factors and should be investigated by your OBGYN. Blood in your stool can also be a result of different issues, some quite benign. You should see a gastroenterologist for an examination.

Not always: No, thin or narrow stools do not always indicate presence of colon cancer, but that is one of the causes. Partial bowel obstruction or other tumors can cause this as well, but these are worst case scenarios. Irritable bowel syndrome can also be a cause. If this happens sometimes it's ok. Consistent stools like this should be evaluated further by your doctor, especially if it's a change for you.

No: Your tail bone area pain has nothing to do with colon cancer but with possible trauma or bone disease. If you have a family hx of colon cancer then get a colonoscopy otherwise treat your hemorrhoids and see if you continue to have fecal blood
